Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 October 2026 · Controller: Crusher Limited

Crusher is a Discord bot for Roblox backup, ticket, account-linking, and community-management features. This Privacy Policy explains what information Crusher processes, why it is processed, when it is shared, and the choices available to you. “Crusher,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Crusher Limited.

This policy covers Crusher and this legal website. Discord, Roblox, and any Discord server that uses Crusher are separate services; their own policies govern the information they independently process.

1. Information we process

Information from Discord

We process the Discord information needed to operate the Bot: user, server, channel, message, and role IDs; usernames or display names; server membership and roles; interaction and command data; server configuration choices; and limited administrative-action records. Avatar URLs may be displayed in Bot responses where available.

Crusher can receive Discord message events, but message caching is disabled. It does not create a separate archive of ordinary server-message content. Messages sent in a ticket channel remain on Discord and are accessible under that server’s permissions and retention settings.

Information from Roblox and linked accounts

When you use Roblox features or link an account, we process the public information necessary to provide them: Roblox username, user ID, display name, profile URL, profile description, account-creation date, and avatar/headshot. We may also process public presence or status, game/place and server identifiers, join or session details, and region or approximate server-location information.

Ticket, raid, and safety information

To coordinate a request, we may process the requester and helper identities, ticket number and channel, requested region, session location, helper count, ticket outcome, and details voluntarily supplied through the flow, such as a reason or enemy-clan name. We may also process preferences, usage counters, and blacklist or moderation information when needed to prevent abuse and operate the Service.

Optional verification and location features

Where configured, Crusher may query a third-party account-verification provider for an existing Discord-to-Roblox association. For server-location features, Crusher may process a Roblox server/job ID, place ID, IP address returned by a location-lookup provider, city, region, country, source, confidence value, and display location. An IP address can be personal data in some jurisdictions. These features must not be used to bypass privacy settings or track people unlawfully.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested commands and account linking; create and manage ticket channels, alerts, roles, and statistics; maintain server settings; prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; investigate reliability or security problems; respond to legitimate requests; and comply with platform rules, law, and our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, use it to profile Discord users, or use Discord API data to train artificial-intelligence models.

3. How information is shared

We share information only when necessary to operate the Service, where you direct us to do so, or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. The main categories are:

Information categoryWho may receive itWhy
Discord identifiers, interaction data, server configurationDiscord and technical service providersTo run the Bot, store necessary settings, and maintain the Service.
Roblox account, presence, game, or session informationRoblox and optional feature providersTo provide linking, verification, backup, and server-location functions.
Ticket and alert informationAuthorized members and roles in the relevant Discord serverTo coordinate the request and provide community support.
All relevant categoriesHosting, data-storage, security, and technical providers acting for usTo provide, secure, and support the Service.

Server owners and administrators control their server’s memberships, roles, and ticket-channel permissions. They may independently process information visible in their server. We are not responsible for their separate practices.

4. Legal bases

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the features you request, with your consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable community tool, and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

5. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Crusher’s current automated retention schedule is:

Open tickets remain until they are resolved or removed. Account-link, preference, configuration, and blacklist information may remain while needed to provide the Service or prevent abuse. Server-location records do not currently have a fixed automated expiry; they are retained until updated, replaced, or manually deleted. We may retain limited information longer where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

You can use Crusher’s unlink feature to remove the stored Roblox association and related Roblox profile fields from your account configuration. Unlinking does not automatically remove historic ticket records, operational logs, or messages held by a Discord server.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have a right to appeal a decision about a privacy request or complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

To make a request, email rexyy3961@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request. Include your Discord user ID if available, the relevant server, and the type of request. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. We normally respond within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period.

7. International processing and security

Crusher and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and secure connections where supported, to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security; do not send passwords, financial information, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive information through Crusher or a ticket channel.

8. Children

Crusher is not directed to anyone below Discord’s minimum age or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly process personal information from a person who is not permitted to use Discord. If you believe this has occurred, contact us so we can review the matter.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date and, where practicable, provide notice of material changes through the Service. Questions and requests can be sent to rexyy3961@gmail.com.
